Hello, this is Min’s mom. I heard that you will be leaving Talk Station.
At first, I thought it would simply be a chance to change our class schedule. But when I saw how sad Min was, I realized how much he truly cares for you. He thinks of you whenever he hears your name in a song or even when he sees a banana. One night Min even cried because he didn’t want to say goodbye.
I know this attachment was possible because you taught Min not only with fun and energy, but also with warmth—like a brother and a friend. Thank you sincerely for giving Min such a special experience. This may be Min’s first real farewell, but I will help him accept it and grow from it.
We wish you and your family health and happiness always. Please remember that in faraway Korea, you have a student who thinks of you often. If you ever think of Min, we would be grateful for a kind greeting in return.
